Kadant Starts Up LOCC System at Longyuan
Beijing, China, August 29, 2024 – Kadant Fiberline (China) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI), started up a new fiber processing line at Longyuan’s facility in Zhoukou, Henan.
Longyuan’s newly installed PM7 LOCC line produces 1,100 BDMT per day and is designed to produce testliner with 6.8-meter trim. The LOCC systems feature Kadant Foundations™ fiber processing advanced technologies enabling the mill to yield high-quality stock with reduced energy consumption.
